Originally developed by Hayden Lewis, the new FCS Ignition Bamboo Longboard Fin utilizes the natural flex properties of bamboo to its advantage. A high performance fin that is ideal for performance longboards and contemporary single fin shortboards, however it can be easily adapted to any high performance 2 + 1 set-up. Features a foiled bamboo core that enhances performance by harnessing the natural flex properties of wood while the carbon inserts in the base create a stiff foundation to effectively flex and store energy when the fin is under pressure during turns and nose riding. Featuring an upright template and 90 degrees glass orientation for maximum tip flex, the sharp foil on the leading edge is ideal for down the line and start-up speed while the reduced sweep angle makes for easy tight arc turns.
