Description
Large and in charge. That`s the Sweet Potato`s mission. This board radically changes the ratio between the length and width of a board. This board stays super wide throughout the entire board, which allows a ton of flotation at a fraction of the length. The sheer size and outline of the Sweet Potato would traditionally slow you down, but the changes in rocker, bottom contour, fin placement, and the flex characteristics allow the board to perform at a high level. The deep (and it`s really deep) double concave creates considerable lift, and the `spine` in the middle divides up the board length wise to isolate the fins, rocker, and bottom contour on one side. This lets you get on rail quickly, even with a board as big as the Sweet Potato. This board lets you rip up small days that you normally might pass up, but can hold its own as it gets bigger and better.

You should ride this board about 10-12 inches shorter than your standard performance shortboard to get about the same flotation in the Sweet Potato.

FST boards come with FCS fin boxes. Board ships without fins.
