BC Surf & Sport offers the following Returns Policy:
All products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Product must be in like new condition and still have all tags and packaging. All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship according to the manufacturers warranty. Please enclose a copy of the receipt and reason for returning or e-mail Customer Service. Shipping costs will be refunded only if we shipped the wrong product or if the item was defective. All returns must be pre-paid, no COD's will be accepted.
